Almond tulips are crispy cookies that look like shards. It differs from any other baked goods not only in its wonderful taste, but also in its ease of preparation. Such a delicacy will be eaten in one evening.
It is necessary
- - potato starch - 6 tablespoons;
- - almond flakes - 0.3 cups;
- - sugar - 1/4 cup;
- - olive oil - 1/4 cup;
- - egg white - 1 pc.;
- - lemon zest - 1/2 teaspoon;
- - salt - 1/4 teaspoon;
- - almond extract - 1/4 teaspoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine raw egg white, olive oil, almond extract, potato starch, grated lemon zest, granulated sugar and salt in a fairly deep cup. Mix these ingredients together well.
Step 2
After covering the baking tray with a special silicone mat, place 6 almond seals on it at a sufficiently large distance from each other. Spread the resulting homogeneous dough at the rate of 2 teaspoons per cookie. Gently spread the resulting cakes with the back of a spoon in a circle, the diameter of which is approximately 7.5 centimeters.
Step 3
Sprinkle each cookie with a teaspoon of almond flakes, send it to the oven, the temperature of which is 190 degrees, and bake for 7-9 minutes, no more.
Step 4
After the time has passed, carefully remove each cookie from the baking sheet with a spatula and place it on a rolling pin or, for example, a wine bottle. Press the almond seals lightly against this dish and allow them to cool completely. Cookies, of course, can be left round, but the semicircular shape makes them much prettier.
Step 5
Bake cookies from the remaining dough in exactly the same way. Almond seals are ready!
