Okroshka, one of the favorite summer dishes. I suggest you try another option for its preparation. It turns out very tasty and refreshing in the summer heat.

- - 0.5 bread kvass;
- - 10 radishes;
- - 200 g of boiled meat;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 150 g sour cream;
- - 2 tbsp green onions;
- - 2 tablespoons of greens;
- - 1 tsp mustard;
- - salt;
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the meat in advance, chicken or beef is good. Then the finished cooked meat must be chopped into large cubes.
Step 2
Remove the skin from the radish, cut into large cubes. Combine and mix radish and meat.
Step 3
Finely chop the green onion feathers, add a little salt and rub (with your hands or with a crush) until juice is formed.
Step 4
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, then put them in cold water and leave for 10-15 minutes to cool. Remove shells from eggs.
Step 5
Chop the eggs into cubes and combine with sour cream, add chopped green onions, mustard, salt.
Step 6
Mix everything well, dilute with chilled bread kvass. Add meat and radish to okroshka. Serve with finely chopped herbs (dill, parsley).
