Black radish is a slightly bitter, crunchy and vitamin-rich vegetable. It is mainly used for preparing salads. Thanks to its combination with other ingredients, the dishes are very spicy and interesting.

- 200 grams of chicken fillet;
- salt;
- 300 grams of black radish;
- 3 cucumbers;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 sweet pepper;
- 5 cloves of garlic;
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of water.
- For the third recipe:
- 200 grams of squid;
- 2 black radishes;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar;
- parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to prepare the "Burning" salad, take a pound of black radish, wash and peel. Cut into a salad bowl using a slicer, salt and leave for an hour and a half. Using a coffee grinder, grind 10 allspice peas, one hot pepper, 5 spicy cloves, one cinnamon stick, and two bay leaves. Peel one large onion and chop it as thin as possible. Squeeze two cloves of garlic through a garlic press and mash with two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add chopped spices, garlic mixed with oil and two tablespoons of vinegar to a salad bowl. Heat a frying pan, pour 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and heat it well. Let the oil cool slightly and pour over the salad, then mix all the ingredients.
Step 2
In order to serve the "Imperial" salad to the table, take 200 grams of chicken fillet, salt a little and boil for 15 minutes. Peel 3 cucumbers, 300 grams of black radish and one large carrot. Grate all vegetables on a coarse grater. Peel one large bell pepper and chop it into thin strips. Chop 5 cloves of garlic in a separate bowl and cover with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and the same amount of water. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and transfer to a salad bowl. Add vegetables, cover with cooked sauce and stir.
Step 3
To prepare the "My sailor" salad, boil 200 grams of squid for 15 minutes and cut them into thin rings. Peel 2 medium black radishes and chop into thin strips. Put squid and radish in a salad bowl, season with two tablespoons of olive oil and the same amount of vinegar, salt to taste and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the prepared salad.
