A real men's salad - this is how you can describe this dish. The original combination of meat and spicy radish gives the salad a very spicy and bright taste. In addition, the radish itself is very useful - it is recommended to use it for the prevention of viral and colds.
Ingredients:
- 400 g of beef pulp;
- 250 g radish (black);
- 40 g 9% acetic acid;
- 3 onions (medium)
- 150 g flour (wheat);
- 30 g greens;
- 80 g of vegetable oil;
- salt;
- 50 g mayonnaise;
- ground black pepper.
Preparation:
- Cut a small piece of beef flesh into strips along the grain.
- Preheat a deep frying pan (as an option, you can cook in a cauldron), pour in the oil, wait until it is hot, and add the chopped meat there. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste. Fry until the product is fully cooked. Then put on a plate to cool.
- Wash the radish, peel, and coarsely grate. Place in any deep plate, cover with plain water and pour in vinegar. Thus, it should stand for about 20 minutes. Then pour this mass into a colander and squeeze out well, removing excess water as much as possible. Also, add a little salt and pepper.
- Peel and wash the onion, cut into half rings and roll in flour. You can fry in the pan where the meat was languishing. Cook until golden brown. Cut the dill greens with scissors.
- Take a wide plate, lay the salad on it in layers. Spread the grated radish mass evenly. Top with two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Lay out the cooled strips of beef pulp (it will turn out a little heap). And gently cover with a layer of fried onions. Put chopped greens on the edge of the salad.
- Cover with a high lid and let it brew for about two hours, so that all layers are soaked, after which the dish is ready to eat.
