As a cold appetizer, a Spanish black radish salad is suitable. Ingredients: 2 radishes, 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard, 3 tablespoons boiling water, 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar, 50 g of fresh parsley, black pepper, salt - to taste, 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil. Grate the radish on a coarse grater, finely chop the parsley and stir. Rinse a mug with boiling water, add mustard, pour boiling water over it, whisk. Add a little olive oil, pepper and salt, stirring all the time. You should make a thick sauce. Pour the sauce over the salad and serve.

Radish salad with walnuts and carrots is very useful. You will need: 1 carrot, 1 radish, 6 pieces of walnuts, 3 cloves of garlic, juice of half a lemon, 2 tablespoons. rast. oils, salt.
