Try an unusual dish called Terrine from the restaurant menu. This very nutritious and delicious cold appetizer made from different types of meat will certainly suit your taste.
It is necessary
- - 200 gr. bacon;
- - 300 gr. chicken breasts;
- - 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
- - 200 gr. minced pork;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 eggs;
- - dill, salt, black pepper;
- - some vegetable oil;
- - lettuce and a few slices of lemon (to taste)
Instructions
Step 1
Place the bacon slices in a muffin tin with the edges hanging down.
Cut 100 gr. chicken fillet on strips 10 cm long. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Put the remaining chicken in a blender, add minced pork and onions. Grind until smooth. Beat in the eggs, add salt, dill and pepper and mix.
Step 3
Put half of the mass in a mold on bacon slices, flatten. Put slices of chicken fillet on this mass, put the remaining meat mixture on top, level again. Cover the dish with a piece of foil and place in the oven for 45 - 50 minutes. Without removing from the mold, cool the terrine.
Step 4
Then take it out, chill in the refrigerator. Before serving, cut into pieces and place on lettuce leaves.
