Everyone loves cutlets since childhood, but they do not always turn out to be sufficiently juicy and soft. Thanks to this recipe, the cutlets are very juicy, aromatic and tasty. As a side dish for cutlets, you can serve mashed potatoes, drizzled with melted butter, and an appetizer of pickled cucumbers with onions.

Ingredients for cutlets:

  • Pork - 700 g;
  • Chicken breast - 350-400 g;
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc;
  • White bread - 4 medium slices;
  • Milk - 125 ml;
  • Onions - 1 pc;
  • Butter - 40-50 g.;
  • Salt, ground black pepper to taste;
  • Sunflower oil for frying.

Ingredients for mashed potatoes:

  • Potatoes - 6 pcs;
  • Butter - 70 g;
  • Milk - 125 ml;
  • Salt.

For a pickled cucumber snack:

  • Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs;
  • Small red onion - 1 pc;
  • Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp l.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the meat and cut into arbitrary pieces.
  2. Peel and chop the onion as desired.
  3. Cut off all the crusts from white bread. Put the pieces of crumb into a bowl and pour over the milk for 3 minutes.
  4. Scroll pork and chicken breasts through a meat grinder along with chopped onions and soaked, well-pressed bread.
  5. Add an egg to the resulting minced meat, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth. For the splendor of the cutlets and the saturation of the minced meat with oxygen, it is necessary to intensively stir the minced meat for several minutes.
  6. We form the cutlets as follows, take a piece of minced meat, put a small piece of butter in the middle and make a cutlet in the form of a ball, slightly flattening it.
  7. We take the speed, heat it up and add sunflower oil. We spread the cutlets and fry the cutlets over high heat until golden brown (about 2, 5-3 minutes on each side).
  8. Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees. Take a baking sheet, cover with foil, pour in a little oil and lay out the cutlets. After 30-40 minutes, the most tender and very juicy cutlets are ready.
  9. To prepare airy mashed potatoes, take the potatoes, wash them, clean them and chop them at random, put them in a saucepan and fill them with boiled hot water, add salt. After boiling, cook for another 20 minutes. Drain the water. Heat milk and pour into potatoes, add butter. Mash the potatoes.
  10. Cooking an appetizer from pickled cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into rings and put them in a salad bowl. We clean and cut the onion in half rings, send it to pickles, add vegetable oil and mix the ingredients. Salad ready.
