Ingredients for 0.5 kg. Chicken meat

  • milk 300 ml.

Preparing chicken

Chicken legs, thighs, drumsticks and fillets are suitable for cutlets.

Soak white bread in milk for 10-15 minutes.

Fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes, until a beautiful color is formed on each side.
