This simple set of products will not cost you much. And the preparation of the dish is very simple:

- Rinse the rice several times with running water and boil until tender (grandmother added a little vegetable oil to the water for cooking and the rice does not stick together).

- Peel the onion and chop finely and finely.

- put canned food together with liquid in a bowl and knead with a fork, select bones.

- mix canned food, onion and iris. Season with salt and pepper and fill the cones with the mixture.

- Beat eggs a little with a whisk with a pinch of salt.

- Dip the stuffed cones in beaten eggs and immediately fry in a hot pan until golden brown.

You can eat even hot, even though cold is still delicious.

If instead of cones, you take small wafer cakes, then the filling should be placed between two cakes. Dip the structure in an egg and get the meatballs. You can simply add an egg to the minced meat and fry ordinary fish cakes. They need to be breaded in flour.

My grandmother was never discouraged. She said that everything will be fine. She lived a difficult life, but a happy one. Let us also be optimists, because happiness in life depends only on ourselves.
