How to bake pork in the oven to make it tasty and juicy? Roast meat in your sleeve and enjoy the aroma of the delicate dish. It can be served both as a hot and as a cold appetizer. The flavor will depend on the ingredients in the marinade and seasonings.
It is necessary
- - a piece of pork of any size, preferably large enough;
- - olive oil, soy sauce, wine vinegar or any other 1: 2: 2;
- - bell pepper - 1;
- - sprigs of herbs: thyme, basil, cilantro, parsley, rosemary;
- - a mixture of seasonings for meat.
Instructions
Step 1
To make pork baked in the oven tasty, you must first marinate it. The process is mandatory, without it any meat will not be juicy. So the first thing to do is marinade. Take basil, cilantro, parsley from greens and chop in any usual way - from chopping to tearing with your hands. In order for the herbs to give their maximum aroma, it would be nice to wrinkle them with your hands. Chop the bell pepper smaller and add to the herbs.
Step 2
The base of the marinade is soy sauce, vinegar and olive oil. Vinegar and soy sauce are required in equal parts, and oil is 2 times less, i.e. mix everything in a 2: 2: 1 ratio. Add meat seasonings-spices there and combine, stirring, with herbs and pepper.
Step 3
Wash a piece of pork thoroughly, dry it and free it from the skin completely. Pierce the meat deeply in several places.
Step 4
Then the pork needs not only to be grated with marinade, but also immersed in it as much as possible. This can be easily done if the pickling utensils are almost the same size as the piece of meat. In general, we rub it, place it in a container and fill it. It must be kept in the refrigerator (or just a cool place) for at least three hours.
Step 5
After the meat has been marinated for a sufficient amount of time, fill the punctures with thyme and rosemary. Put the pork in a roasting sleeve, add sprigs of herbs and the remnants of the marinade there, pack and place in an oven heated to 200 degrees.
Step 6
It takes about 2 hours to bake the pork in the oven in the sleeve. A few minutes before the dish is ready (15-20 minutes), the baking sleeve is pierced from above in several places. This is done to completely evaporate the liquid.
