Rinse the pork piece with cold water. Pat dry with a tissue or paper towel.

Make a marinade. Combine the soy sauce and honey in a bowl. If the honey is thick and does not mix well, heat it slightly in the microwave or on a gas burner. Peel a couple of garlic cloves and press through a press into the marinade. Stir the whole mass well.

Cut the washed and peeled carrots into long sticks.

Puncture the piece of meat with a thin knife blade. To make it convenient to insert carrot bars into the puncture, make it crosswise. Lash the pork.

Put the meat in a polyethylene bag. Pour over the cooked marinade. Release air from the bag and tie tightly. Now mash the pork in the marinade so that it is evenly distributed on all sides of the piece. Place the pork bag in a bowl and marinate in the refrigerator. Marinating time from 20 minutes to a day, at your request.

Peel the potatoes. Cut into circles. You can use whole small young potatoes in this dish. It is enough to wash it under a faucet with a brush to remove the remains of the earth. There is no need to scrape off the skin.

Transfer a piece of pork and marinade from the bag to the sleeve. Place the onion rings evenly over the meat. Add potatoes. Secure the other end of the sleeve with a clasp. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 1 hour.

Remove the dish from the oven. Make a few punctures with a knife on the top of the sleeve and put in the oven again for 15 minutes.

Place the finished dish on a large flat plate and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
