Instructions

Step 1

Take pork, rinse well, cut into 3-4 cm thick portions. Put the slices on a wide board, cover with plastic wrap, beat off with a rolling pin.

Step 2

Remove the film. Salt and pepper the pieces of meat and beat off again. Transfer to a deep bowl, add the kebab seasoning and the onion, cut into rings (only one!). Mash it well with your hands so that the juice appears. Put in the cold for 2 hours.

Step 3

While the meat is marinating, prepare the rest of the onion. It needs to be cut into half rings, salt, pepper, pour boiling water. Let stand for 2 minutes. Then add vinegar, sugar and lemon juice. Stir again and leave aside for a while.

Step 4

When the meat is marinated, you need to light the oven. Place a roasting sleeve on a baking sheet on the table. On the one hand, the ends must be very well secured. On the other hand, they are open.

Step 5

Now all that remains is to shove the meat into the sleeve, add pickled onions to it, fasten the ends of the sleeve and set to bake. It will take about 1, 5 hours to cook pork kebab in the oven. If you want it to turn out rosy, cut the sleeve 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
