  • - cherry tomatoes 250 g;
  • - onions 2 pcs.;
  • - lemon 0.5 pcs.;
  • - soy sauce 50 ml;
  • - apple cider vinegar 20 ml;
  • - vegetable oil 50 ml;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

The meat should be cut into small portions, about 3, 5 * 4 cm. We also cut the onions into large pieces. Put the pork and onion in a pickling bowl and mix. Then add lemon juice, ground pepper, vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar. Mix, cover with a tight lid and leave to marinate for 1, 5-2 hours.

Soak the skewers in water. Wash the cherry tomatoes in cold water and remove the stalk. Next, salt the meat, mix it and begin to string it on skewers. We alternate a piece of meat with a tomato. When the skewers are ready, we send them to the oven and turn on the "grill" mode.

Step 3

We will definitely time the time. We cook kebabs for 8 minutes on one side, then turn over and fry for 7 minutes on the other side. Now the kebab is ready, you can serve it on the table!
