  • 2. Pork meat - 500-1000 g;
  • 3. Bulb onions - 2 pieces;
  • 4. Carrots - 2 pcs;
  • 5. Garlic - 6 cloves;
  • 6. Salt, spices - to taste;
  • 7. Soy sauce - 250 ml;
  • 8. Foil;
  • 9. Mayonnaise to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the pork into cubes two by two centimeters. We pierce it with a fork. Chop the onion, carrot and garlic. We put all this in a deep saucepan or bowl. Fill with soy sauce, salt and pepper. We put under the press (optional). We put the bowl of meat in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the onion into rings, carrots into slices. We form kebabs. We put on a skewer a circle of carrots, then a cube of meat, then onions and again meat. Alternate the ingredients as you like best, as long as there are carrots at the beginning and at the end. These are kind of restraints.

Cut the foil into strips. The size should be such that the kebab can be completely wrapped. Approximately 30 cm. Coat each sheet of foil with mayonnaise. Put skewer with meat on mayonnaise. We wrap it all up well. We put the baking sheet in the oven for 40 minutes.
