It is necessary

  • - pork - 1 kg;
  • - onions - 3 pcs;
  • - spices for barbecue to taste;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • - apple cider vinegar - 3-4 tbsp. l;
  • - sugar - 2 tbsp. l;
  • - sleeve for baking.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the meat into pieces as for a regular kebab. Cover with cling film and beat lightly. Remove the foil, pepper and salt the meat, cover again with foil and beat.

Step 2

Place the meat in a deep bowl and sprinkle with kebab spices. Cut one onion into thin half rings. Place the onion in a bowl of meat and mash it well with your hands. Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate for 2-2.5 hours.

Step 3

While the meat is waiting for its turn, cook the pickled onions separately. Cut it into half rings, put it in a separate bowl and scald with boiling water. Pour in apple cider vinegar, add sugar and salt. If desired, you can add the juice of half a lemon.

Step 4

Preheat the oven. It is better to bake this shish kebab at the maximum temperature, but if you are afraid of overdrying the meat, set the temperature to 200-250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Take a roasting sleeve. Its length should be longer than the length of the baking sheet. Secure the sleeve with a staple on one side.

Step 5

Place the pickled onions in your sleeve, carefully spreading them in an even layer. Place the marinated meat on the onion. You do not need to mix meat with onions. Secure the remaining end of the sleeve and place the meat sleeve on the baking sheet. Make a few punctures on the top of the sleeve to let the steam escape.

Step 6

Place the meat in the oven and cook for 1-1.5 hours. The meat should be well browned. Serve the kebab with baked pickled onions.
