Rosy, appetizing cutlets are very fond of in many families. Still, this dish is very versatile. Almost any side dish will suit it. As a rule, cutlets are fried in a pan. But you can cook them in the oven too. Moreover, the oven has a number of advantages. For example, no splashes on the stove and walls, no need to watch the cutlets, turn them over. If you have a large baking dish, there will be a lot more patties in it.

- - minced pork and beef - 0.5 kg;
- - green onions - 1 bunch (or onions - 2 pcs.);
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - loaf - 2 pieces;
- - milk - 100 ml;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - vegetable oil;
- - black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Turn on the oven, set the temperature to 200 degrees. Pour milk into a deep bowl, dip the pieces of loaf into it.

Place the minced meat in a bowl and break the chicken egg there.

Rinse green onions and chop finely, add to minced meat. If you have onions, you can mince them.
Step 4
Finely chop the pieces of loaf into minced meat along with the rest of the milk. At the same time, you do not need to wring out the loaf. Add black pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything well.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Form into flat round patties and place in a mold. Place a small piece of butter on each cutlet. Place the dish in the oven.
Step 6
Fry the cutlets for 30-40 minutes until a beautiful golden brown crust is formed. Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, pea porridge, corn or stews, garnished with a leaf of fresh lettuce.
