Turkey meat is considered not only tasty, but also healthy food. This product is widely used in dietary and baby food. Tender and juicy meat is ideal for making cutlets. As a side dish for cutlets, you can serve mashed potatoes or boiled white rice.

- 1 kg. turkey breasts;
- 2 medium sized potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 3 slices of white loaf;
- a glass of milk;
- 2 tablespoons of semolina;
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper to taste;
- a few sprigs of herbs (dill
- parsley
- cilantro);
- 3-4 tablespoons of sunflower oil for frying cutlets;
- breadcrumbs or wheat flour for boning.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the turkey breast under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Remove the skin with a sharp knife and separate the meat from the bones, cut the resulting fillet into small pieces and pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Soak pieces of white loaf in warm milk for 10 minutes. Cut the onion into 4 pieces and mince. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and mince. Combine minced meat with onion and potatoes.
Step 3
Lightly squeeze the pieces of loaf soaked in milk and mince or beat in a blender.
Step 4
In the resulting mass, add 2 tablespoons of semolina, a teaspoon of salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Step 5
Finely chop the greens washed in running water with a knife or in a blender. Add to the minced meat. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a convenient container.
Step 6
Form small balls of the resulting mass and lightly press down on both sides. Dip the patties in breadcrumbs or flour. Heat 3-4 tablespoons of butter on both sides of the patties over high heat for about 5-7 minutes. Cover the patties with a lid and leave on low fire until cooked. About 15 minutes.
Step 7
Put the finished cutlets on a flat plate, decorated with lettuce leaves. Bon Appetit!
