Stir-fry serves as a meat gravy for rice, it is prepared easily and most importantly, quickly.

Instructions
Step 1
First you need to cut the turkey fillet into thin long strips, then salt. Sweet peppers need to be cut into thin strips. In a cup, mix the soy sauce, sugar and vinegar.
Step 2
Heat 1 tablespoon in a skillet. butter, put half of ginger, chopped garlic, turkey and hot pepper. Everything must be fried, stirring constantly, until golden brown, about 3 minutes. Then add another 1 tablespoon to the pan. oil and repeat with the remaining ginger, pepper, garlic and turkey. Then transfer to a plate.
Step 3
The beans should be boiled until soft in lightly salted water for 3 minutes, then tossed in a colander and allowed to drain.
Step 4
Pour another 1 tablespoon into the pan. sunflower oil. Put beans and bell peppers there, pour in 2 tablespoons. water. Cook over high heat until pepper is tender, about 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
It remains to put the peanuts and turkey in the pan and pour in the sauce. Fry everything, stirring constantly, so that the sauce can be evenly distributed over the meat and vegetables.
