It is necessary
- 50 ml olive oil
- 450 g beef tenderloin
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 small onions
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 400 g broccoli
- 1 tbsp of water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a skillet with olive oil vigorously. Cut the beef into thin strips. Chop the onion into rings, chop the garlic and grate the ginger. Divide broccoli into florets.
Step 2
Place the beef in a preheated skillet. Fry, stirring constantly for a couple of minutes. Add onion, garlic and ginger. Mix.
Step 3
Add broccoli to the pan. Dissolve starch in a glass of water. Pour water with starch and soy sauce into the pan. Simmer for about a minute.
Serve immediately.
