Step 1
Wash the pork, pat dry with paper towels and cut into thin strips. Wash the bell peppers under running water, remove the seeds and also cut into thin strips. Rinse the green beans in a colander and let dry.
Step 2
Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Grind the ginger root on a fine grater. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, put garlic, ginger and chili in it, fry for 1-3 minutes.

Then place the chopped pork in the skillet and brown it quickly on all sides.
Step 4
When the pork is browned, season with salt and black pepper, add chopped bell peppers and green beans. Fry, stirring constantly, for about 7-10 minutes. If necessary, you can add a little water. For a side dish, you can serve boiled rice or a salad of fresh vegetables. Decorate with herbs if desired.
