Pork shoulder pork is traditionally baked in the oven. However, this recipe is good because the meat can be quickly cooked in the microwave. At the same time, the boiled pork turns out to be juicy and aromatic.

It is necessary

  • –Pork shoulder (800 g);
  • - garlic (2-4 teeth);
  • - pitted raisins (15 g);
  • - laurel leaf (25 g);
  • –Salt to taste;
  • - black pepper to taste;
  • - vegetable oil (3 g);
  • –Pure water (370 ml).

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the pork thoroughly under running water. Trim off excess veins and fat. Dry the meat with a clean paper towel and place on a cutting board. Leave the meat for a while.

Step 2

Take the garlic, peel and cut into cubes. Rinse the raisins well in warm water, put in a separate cup. Make several cuts in the piece of meat with a sharp knife. Place a few chunks of garlic and raisins in each cut. Rub the pork with salt and pepper on top. Leave it on for 30-40 minutes for the meat to juice.

Step 3

Pour some vegetable oil into a deep frying pan, then fry the meat on all sides. This should be done over high heat, periodically turning over. The process takes no more than 3-5 minutes.

Step 4

Take a deep glass microwave dish. Place a layer of bay leaf on the bottom. Place the meat in a mold, pour boiling water on top. Next, close the dish tightly with a lid and place in the microwave. Cook the meat for 25 minutes at full power on each side.

Step 5

The readiness of the boiled pork is determined by the notch in the middle. If bleeding comes out of the meat, microwave it for a few more minutes. As a result, open the lid, gently pull it out of the mold and let it cool.
