Instructions

Step 1

For a party or a festive lunch or dinner, prepare a delicious dish - quail meat marinated in wine and baked with vegetables and bacon. First, disassemble the quail and cut the carcass lengthwise along the breast.

Step 2

Prepare the marinade: mix wine and vinegar, salt a little. Then put the disassembled quails in the marinade and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Cut the bacon (preferably raw smoked) into small cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Also cut up the carrots and add them to the potato container where you want to add the bacon, onion and broccoli. Then season with salt and pepper to your liking.
