Step 1

Champignons with potatoes and garlic are cooked very quickly. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the peeled potatoes into thin slices. Put the potatoes in a deep frying pan with heated vegetable oil, salt and fry until golden brown. Chop the onion into rings, chop the garlic and fry in a separate pan until transparent. Add the mushrooms to the onions and cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, milk and salt, pour the mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese on the dish. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 200 ° C.
