Mushrooms are considered a highlight both on the festive table and during a traditional family dinner. Without a doubt, the combination of mushrooms with potatoes is simply amazing, and their benefits are endless and undeniable. An excellent option for cooking delicacies from these components would be dishes in pots, baked in the oven, or even better in a real oven. Although in the modern world it is almost impossible to find one.

- For the first recipe:
- 1 kg of potatoes;
- 0.5 kg of fresh mushrooms (white and chanterelles are best);
- 1 PC. carrots;
- 4 things. onions;
- 100 g butter;
- 1 tbsp. cream 15%;
- 4 things. tomato;
- 2 pcs. bay leaf;
- 4 things. peppercorns;
- 1 bunch of fresh herbs;
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- salt
- seasonings to taste.
- For the second recipe:
- 1 kg of potatoes;
- 0.5 kg of fresh mushrooms;
- 3 pcs. onions;
- 2 tbsp dry cream;
- 1 tbsp flour;
- 2 pcs. tomato;
- 100 g butter;
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise;
- 1 tbsp. milk;
- 1 bunch of fresh herbs;
- salt
- seasonings to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Recipe 1. Chanterelle and porcini mushroom stew Peel, wash and chop the mushrooms. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Peel and wash vegetables. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onions and tomatoes into half rings. Fry all these ingredients in butter until half cooked. Then add the chopped mushrooms, bay leaf, pepper and seasonings. Keep on fire for 15 minutes, stirring continuously.
Step 3
Put everything in pots in layers: mushrooms with vegetables, potatoes, mushrooms and again potatoes. Layers through one must be salted.
Step 4
Pour cream into each pot, brush with mayonnaise or sour cream on top. Close with lids. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1, 5-2 hours. Remove the pots 15 minutes before cooking, open and sprinkle with finely grated cheese on top.
Step 5
Before serving, open the pots, sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs. The dish turns out to be delicious, and most importantly, nutritious and enriched with protein, vitamins and nutrients.
Step 6
Recipe 2. French-style potatoes with mushrooms Peel and wash vegetables. Cut potatoes into thin rings, onions and tomatoes into half rings. Chop the champignons into slices.
Step 7
First fry the onion in butter until golden brown. Then add the tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes. Set aside half of the sautéed vegetables on a separate plate. And in the remaining in the pan, add cream and flour, mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 8
Put potatoes there, salt and pepper. Move well so that all potato rings are covered with a creamy mass. Turn off the fire.
Step 9
Fry the mushrooms in a separate skillet until a small crust forms. Add them to the potatoes and mix well again.
Step 10
Put potatoes with mushrooms in pots almost to the neck, put the deferred fried vegetables on top. Salt a little. Pour milk into each pot, brush with mayonnaise on top.
Step 11
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put tightly closed pots there and simmer for 1, 5-2 hours. The dish is ready.
