- - 2 lemons;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - seasoning for fish;
- - sea salt, pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Dorada clean the scales, cut off the fins, try not to damage the skin. Gut both fish.
Step 3
Rub the fish with sea salt, pepper, seasoning and olive oil.
Step 4
Cut half the lemon into half slices, put in the fish, peel out, so that the pulp does not taste bitter after baking.
Step 5
Place each fish on a sheet of foil. Top with lemon juice. Wrap the foil, juices should not leak out of it.

Put the gilthead in the oven, cook for 25 minutes, then bake for another 5 minutes, but in the expanded foil.
