It is necessary
- For 2 servings:
- Dorada - 1 pc.;
- Parsley;
- Salt - 500 g;
- Egg white - 1 pc.
- For the sauce:
- Tomato - 1 pc;
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
- Garlic - 2 large cloves;
- Almonds - a handful;
- Chili pepper - to taste;
- White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons;
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the fish, clean the insides, blot with a towel. We put parsley sprigs into the abdomen, you can lightly sprinkle with lemon juice.
Step 2
Pour the salt into a bowl and mix with the protein. Put half of the salt on a lightly oiled baking sheet, on top - dorado, on it - another half of the salt. You don't need to sprinkle your head. We send for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
