- - 3 potatoes
- - 1 lime or lemon
- - 1 bunch of spinach
- - 10 cherry tomatoes
- - 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the fish, then peel off the scales, gut, rinse thoroughly, pat dry on a paper towel. Make cuts on both sides of the fish.
Step 2
Rinse lemon or lime, cut into 2 equal parts. Cut one part into slices or circles, and squeeze juice from the other part. Rinse the spinach in cold water, then dry and chop finely.
Step 3
In each cut you made in the beginning, place one slice of lime, sprinkle with spinach on top of the fish.
Step 4
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper in a small bowl, mix everything thoroughly. Spread the resulting mixture on the fish.
Step 5
Peel potatoes, rinse, cut into cubes. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, cut in half and place with the potatoes in a mold. Place the fish in the middle. Turn on the oven at 190-200 degrees, wait 10 minutes for it to heat up.
Step 6
Cover the mold with foil and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Transfer the finished fish to a plate, place the vegetables next to it and serve.
