To prepare a hearty snack "Eggs stuffed with red caviar" you will need:

- 6 eggs;

- 2-3 tbsp. l. red caviar;

- mayonnaise;

- greens of dill and parsley;

- lettuce leaves.

First of all, hard-boil the chicken eggs. To do this, immerse them in cold water, put them on a quiet fire (at a higher heat, the shell may burst) and cook for 8-10 minutes, counting from the moment of boiling. With a longer boil, the egg white hardens too much, and the yolk loses its bright yellow color. Immerse the boiled eggs in cold water, otherwise they will be difficult to peel, and properly cooked and chilled eggs are easy to peel.

Then gently cut the peeled eggs in half, remove the yolks and set aside.

Wash lettuce leaves under running water, dry and cover a plate with them. Place the halves of the eggs on top. Stuff them with red caviar. Decorate the dish with sprigs of herbs and serve.

Chop lightly salted salmon with a knife and combine with the yolk mass.

Stuff the half of the eggs with the prepared filling, on top of which spread the red caviar. Garnish with herbs and tomato wedges.

Recipe for quail eggs stuffed with red caviar

To prepare this tasty and healthy dish, you will need:

- 20 quail eggs;

- 100 g of parmesan cheese;

- 100 g of red caviar;

- 25 g of cilantro;

- 25 g of arugula;

- 50 g of mayonnaise.

Wash quail eggs under running water. Then fold into a saucepan and cover with cool water so that it completely covers the eggs. Add a tablespoon of salt (this is done so that the quail eggs do not crack during cooking), put on a low heat and bring to a boil. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes. After that, very carefully drain the water, cool the eggs under cold water and gently peel. Then cut into halves and remove the yolks.

Next, prepare the filling. To do this, mash the yolks with a fork and mix with grated cheese, chopped cilantro and mayonnaise. Mix everything thoroughly and stuff the quail egg halves with the prepared filling.

Place washed and dried arugula leaves and stuffed quail eggs on a serving plate. Place ¼ teaspoon of red caviar on top of each half of the egg and serve.
