Tomatoes stuffed with eggs is a very beautiful and, most importantly, delicious dish. Such an interesting dish is not a shame to serve to guests, but it is quick and fun to cook it.
It is necessary
- - 5 tomatoes
- - 5 eggs
- - 150 g of hard cheese
- - 4-5 slices of bread or loaf
- - boiled sausage
- - salt
- - pepper
- - dried herbs
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the tomatoes and cut off the tops. Remove virtually all of the pulp from the tomatoes. Leave a little on the bottom to prevent dryness.
Step 2
Peel the sausage and cut into medium slices. Place each piece of sausage on the bottom of the tomatoes.
Step 3
Break the bread into small pieces, put them on a plate and dry a little in the microwave or oven. Put still warm bread in the tomatoes, pour over the juice from the pulp of the tomatoes. But put only half the bread inside the tomatoes.
Step 4
Pour one egg into each tomato. Season the stuffed tomatoes with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Sprinkle the eggs with the rest of the bread. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, and then sprinkle it on the bread in the tomatoes.
Step 6
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the stuffed tomatoes on a baking sheet and send to the oven. Bake the stuffed tomatoes until the cheese melts and forms a nice golden crust. The dish is ready.
