It is necessary
- 4 chicken eggs
- 150 g fillet of smoked salmon or any other red fish,
- 60 gr. butter,
- 1 tsp table mustard,
- salt, a mixture of ground allspice to taste,
- parsley.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the eggs in a small enamel pot, cover with water and place over medium heat. When the water boils, add two tablespoons of salt and boil the eggs in a saturated salt solution for ten minutes after boiling. Then cool the eggs under running ice water and remove the shells from the eggs.
Step 2
Cut each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Separate the salmon fillet from the skin and chop (leaving a few thin slices for garnish beforehand). Grate the egg yolks on a fine grater or crush with a fork in a plate, add softened butter, fish, table mustard to the yolks and beat until smooth.
Step 3
Fill the halves of the egg whites with the resulting mass. Put the stuffed eggs on a plate, decorate with slices of fish rolled in the form of roses and parsley. Store the salmon-stuffed egg appetizer in the refrigerator for one hour before serving.
