Step 1
Rinse the quail eggs and boil them in salted water. Hold the eggs for another 4-5 minutes after boiling the water. Immerse in cold water for 10 minutes and carefully peel.

Grind raw onions and meat in a blender. Add the chicken egg, spices, salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Form cutlets with wet hands, inside which "hide" a boiled quail egg. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.

Place the fried patties in a saucepan, add 2 small bay leaves, spices to taste. Pour water so that it covers 1/3 of the cutlets. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes under a closed lid.
