Instructions
Step 1
To prepare the dough, take a sieve and sift the flour, add baking powder to it, then sugar. Mix everything well.

Then take a grater and grate the chilled margarine into the resulting dry mixture.

Rub all ingredients thoroughly with your hands until a homogeneous mass is formed. You should make a shortbread dough.

Prepare the filling for the cheesecake as follows. Take a bowl, pour 600 grams of cottage cheese into it. Drive eggs into it and grind well.

Add sugar to the resulting mass, mix.

Then add baking powder and vanillin. Mix everything well.

Prepare the form. Brush it with butter or margarine.

Pour three quarters of the whole dough on the bottom of the mold, and pour the curd filling over the dough.
