Tender meat is a safe option for a hearty homemade meal, and it is not at all necessary to cook it according to sophisticated recipes with the loss of a lot of energy and personal time. Prepare a simple pork tenderloin dish in a skillet or oven for lunch or dinner.
Baked pork tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 700 g of pork tenderloin;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 30 g each soy sauce and Dijon mustard;
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper;
- 1 tsp salt;
- vegetable oil.
Rinse the meat thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them in a mortar or fine grater. Combine the resulting gruel with mustard and soy sauce. Rub the pork with pepper and salt and brush over with the mixture. Spread the double sheet of foil matte side down. Coat it with vegetable oil using a brush, lay the meat and wrap it tightly.
Roast the pork tenderloin for 50 minutes at 180oC, then for another 10 minutes, opening the silver coating to brown. Remove the roll from the oven and leave covered for 10 minutes, then unfold, cut into slices and serve.
Fried pork tenderloin steaks
Ingredients:
- 600 g of pork tenderloin;
- 1 large onion;
- 40 g of mustard;
- 2/3 tsp a mixture of ground peppers;
- 3/4 tsp salt;
- vegetable oil.
Wash the tenderloin, dry it, cut it across into medallions no more than 1.5 cm thick and beat it with a culinary hammer or knife handle. Sprinkle them with pepper and salt on both sides, put them in a deep container, pour over with mustard and stir. Tighten the dishes with cling film and marinate the meat for 40-50 minutes.
Pour vegetable oil into a regular or grill skillet and heat it well so that it smokes. Roast the pork pieces for 3-4 minutes, then turn over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Reduce heat to medium, put onion sliced into rings to the meat, cover with a lid and simmer for another 5 minutes. Transfer the pan to a rack and let the steaks “reach” for 5-7 minutes.
Meat under the "fur coat"
