It is necessary
- For 4-6 servings:
- - 2 pork tenderloins (each about 400 g);
- - 300 g of champignons;
- - 400 ml cream 20%;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, flour;
- - salt.

Step 1
Wash the pork tenderloin, peel it of films and fat, cut into medallions about 1.5 cm thick.

Fry the tenderloin until tender, cover with foil to keep the meat warm.

Chop the onions, cut the mushrooms into slices. Place the onion in a skillet, fry for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
