Pork with mushrooms in a creamy sauce is incredibly tasty and beautiful dish. A real table decoration!
It is necessary
- -500-650 grams of pork,
- -1 medium onion
- -200-250 grams of champignons,
- -2 teaspoons of wheat flour,
- -200-250 ml cream,
- -3, 5 Art. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - a little fine sea salt,
- - a little black ground pepper,
- - a little fresh greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the pork, dry it with paper towels, cut into steaks. We choose the thickness of the steaks ourselves, but thinner is better.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put a layer of steaks in a preheated pan and fry for three minutes on one side, then turn over and fry for three minutes on the other.
Step 3
We wrap the fried steaks in foil. The steaks can be folded into a container and wrapped in a towel.
Step 4
Rinse the parsley or dill (whichever you like) well and chop finely. Several branches can be left intact for decoration.
Step 5
We peel the onion, chop it arbitrarily. Fry until translucent.
Step 6
We wash the champignons, dry them, cut them into slices.
Sprinkle the mushrooms with flour, mix and fry for a minute along with the onions.
Add cream to the champignons, mix and cook until thick. Salt and pepper a little, bring to a boil and remove the pan with mushrooms from the heat.
Step 7
Put the steaks on portioned plates, pour with creamy mushroom sauce. Sprinkle with chopped herbs on top and serve with any side dish (preferably with mashed potatoes).
