For lunch or dinner, you can cook meat with mushrooms in a creamy sauce. This is the most delicious dish in the mushroom season. It is very simple to prepare, and the taste and aroma will delight the whole family.

- - 200 g of chanterelles,
- - 150 ml cream,
- - 1 onion,
- - 1 carrot,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of odorless vegetable or sunflower oil,
- - salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - fresh herbs to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the peeled onion into medium cubes. Peel the carrots, cut into cubes or grate coarsely - to taste. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, fry the onion until transparent, then add the carrots and fry a little. Transfer prepared vegetables to a saucepan.
Step 2
Rinse the meat, cut into pieces to taste. Place the meat in a vegetable skillet, add a little oil and lightly sauté over medium heat. Then transfer the meat to a saucepan with the onions and carrots.
Step 3
Sort out the chanterelles (if desired, you can use any other mushrooms), rinse well from the sand. If the mushrooms are large, then cut them into several parts, small ones can be left intact. Fry the mushrooms lightly.
Step 4
Add a little flour to the chanterelles, warm up, cover with cream. After boiling, season with salt and black pepper, stir. Transfer the contents of the skillet to the pot.
Step 5
Put the pan on the fire, simmer for 30 minutes. Serve meat with mushrooms in a creamy sauce with a side dish of potatoes, pasta or buckwheat. Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.
