Apples are the traditional filling for sweet pies. An interesting addition to it can be lemon, which, with its sour taste and specific aroma, will give an additional shade to the dish.

- 200 ml of milk;
- 100 g butter;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 bag of yeast;
- 500 g flour;
- 70 g sugar;
- a pinch of salt.

Step 1
Make pie dough. To do this, remove the oil from the refrigerator and wait until it softens. Place it in a deep bowl and add the powdered sugar. Rub the mass until it becomes smooth. Then break the eggs into the same bowl and add flour and yeast. Stir and leave for half an hour to an hour in a warm place to let stand.
Step 2
Take care of the fruity side of the dish. Wash the lemons and peel them off. This is best done with a knife. Cut the finished zest into thin strips. Peel the apples, cut out the middle from them and chop them into cubes. Add the zest and apples to the dough and stir so that the fruits are evenly distributed throughout the cake. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. After removing from the oven, wait 15 minutes, covering the dish with a towel. Serve warm.
Step 3
Make a pie with a filling on top. To do this, prepare a yeast dough. Combine warm milk, soft butter, eggs, sugar and salt. Add yeast, stir, then add flour. Leave the mixture in a warm place for 2-3 hours and stir it occasionally. After the dough is ready, roll it out in a thin layer, put it on a greased baking sheet. Cover the surface with a jam or jam such as strawberry. Remove the peel from the apples and cut them into wedges, and the lemons into semicircles. Place them on top of the pie, alternating between apples and lemons. Sprinkle sugar on top, then make a mesh out of the remaining dough. Bake the pie at 200 degrees for half an hour. If you wish, you can make the same cake not with yeast, but with puff pastry, but in this case you do not need to make a mesh on top.
