The ginger and lemon pie has amazing taste and delicious aroma. Such pastries are easy to prepare, in addition, they look beautiful, which means that they can be safely served at the table when guests arrive.
It is necessary

- - sugar - 100 g;
- - flour - 325 g;
- - butter - 175 g;
- - eggs - 2 pcs.;
- - grated ginger root - 1 tablespoon;
- - egg yolk - 1 pc.;
- - water - 1 teaspoon;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
After rinsing one of the lemons, cut it into thin slices, then put it on food foil and cook at an oven temperature of 150-170 degrees until golden brown. Then remove the fruit and sprinkle it with powdered sugar according to your taste.
Step 2
After mixing the egg yolk with a teaspoon of water, add 100 grams of butter, grated ginger root, and 300 grams of wheat flour to it. Knead everything until you get a dough with a uniform consistency. Send the resulting dough to cool in the refrigerator for at least 40 minutes.
Step 3
After 40 minutes have passed, after removing the dough from the refrigerator, roll it to the size of a baking dish and place it in it. After preheating the oven to a temperature of 220 degrees, send the dough covered with food foil into it for 8 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove the foil and cook the baked goods for another 5 minutes, that is, until a golden crust appears.
Step 4
Using a fine grater, grate the zest of the remaining two fruits and squeeze the juice out of the pulp.
Step 5
Then, using a mixer, mix the following ingredients until smooth: granulated sugar, butter, wheat flour, 5 tablespoons of lemon juice, raw chicken eggs and 4 teaspoons of lemon zest. Place the resulting mixture on a crust, garnish with baked fruit and bake for 20 minutes. The ginger and lemon pie is ready! If you wish, you can decorate the dessert, for example, with blueberries.
