- - Flour 150 g;
- - Butter 100 g;

Instructions
Step 1
Sift the flour and chop the nuts. Mix flour, spices and nuts in a bowl. Whisk soft melted butter with sugar until fluffy. Stir in eggs one at a time.
Step 2
Mix flour mixture with egg mixture, add soda quenched with vinegar. Knead the dough, it should not be tight and stick to your hands. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Grease the pan with butter and dust it with flour. Put the dough into the mold and smooth it, mold the sides. Bake the mass until a yellow color appears in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Remove the finished cake from the mold and leave it to cool. Squeeze the juice out of the orange half and saturate the frozen cake with it.
Step 4
For the cream, whisk the cottage cheese with the powdered sugar. Then add cottage cheese and beat well again. When the cake has cooled, apply all the cream on it. Top with sliced kiwi. Sprinkle a little caster sugar over the cake.
