By preparing a chicken according to this recipe, you will avoid this problem - the meat will turn out to be tasty, juicy and soft, and the spicy-sweet sauce will be remembered for a long time by its interesting taste.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 900 g chicken breast;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 1/2 glass of water;
- - 1/4 cup apple juice;
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of ketchup;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of apple cider vinegar.

Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces.

Fry the meat in a deep frying pan in olive oil until golden brown, then put it in a bowl.

Pour apple juice, water, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup into the same skillet, add sugar and spices. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not bring the liquid to a boil.

Place the chicken pieces in the sauce, bring to a simmer, reduce heat, cook together for 20 minutes.
