It is necessary
- - 16 chicken legs;
- - a couple of pinches of hot pepper;
- - 240 g apricot jam;
- - 2 tsp fresh grated ginger;
- - 100 ml of vinegar.

Step 1
Set the grill to medium heat.
Step 2
In the meantime, peel and finely three ginger: we should get 2 teaspoons. We transfer them to a bowl, where we add apricot (you can also try peach-apricot) jam and 100 ml of balsamic vinegar. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade sauce well.
Step 3
We bathe each chicken leg in the marinade and put it on the grill. Do not pour out the remaining marinade - we still need it!
Step 4
We fry the legs for half an hour, turning them over to get a golden brown crust that is pleasant to the eye. Approximately 20 minutes after the start of cooking, distribute the remaining marinade over the legs with a silicone brush and bring to readiness.
