Another great idea for grilled pork or veal ribs: the oriental sweet and sour sauce is perfect with tender juicy meat!
It is necessary
- For 6 servings:
- - 1, 5 Art. brown sugar;
- - 1, 5 tbsp. white vinegar;
- - 0.4 tsp ground cloves;
- - 0.8 tsp ground cinnamon;
- - 3 tbsp. ground chili;
- - 3 tsp pimento pepper;
- - 3 tsp salt;
- - 3 tsp garlic powder;
- - 3.5 kg of pork or veal ribs.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ribs into 4-5 pieces for more juiciness of the finished meat.
Step 2
Combine all spices in a separate container: brown sugar, salt, peppers, ground cloves and cinnamon, garlic powder. Roll each piece of ribs in this mixture. Then wrap them in foil, each one separately. Preheat the oven to 100-120 degrees and bake for about 3.5-4 hours.
Step 3
Check the ribs for softness after the specified time. If so, they are ready, you can take them out! Unroll the foil carefully and pour the resulting meat juice into a small saucepan.

Put the juice on a low heat and boil 2 times. Then add white vinegar and stir. The sauce is ready, set it aside for a few minutes …

In the meantime, heat up the grill and place the ribs on (or under) it. Fry until crusty: about 2 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Serve the ribs with hot, aromatic sweet and sour sauce.
