Lamb ribs according to this recipe are juicy and incredibly fragrant. The sweet and sour side dish of cabbage perfectly complements the fatty ribs. It turns out a full-fledged hearty lunch.
It is necessary
- - 6 pcs. lamb ribs;
- - 1 head of red cabbage;
- - 2 potatoes;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of wine vinegar, sugar;
- - vegetable oil, spices, cilantro.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small slices and fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Fry potatoes over high heat.
Step 2
Cut the cabbage into strips, simmer it over high heat for 10 minutes with the addition of water. Reduce the heat, add hot pepper, salt, sugar, simmer for a few minutes, then pour in the wine vinegar - the cabbage color will immediately become brighter.
Step 3
Remove the skillet from the heat, add the fresh chopped greens and stir. Don't like cilantro? Then use fresh parsley, dill or green onions in this recipe, which goes well with fried potatoes.
Step 4
Rinse the lamb ribs, pepper on all sides, put on a hot skillet and fry over high heat until cooked on all sides. There is no need to add oil - the ribs are fat in themselves, they will cook in their own fat.
Step 5
Put the finished ribs on plates, put a small portion of sweet and sour garnish and fried potatoes next to it. Serve hot right away.
