An excellent Chinese traditional dish that will leave no one indifferent!
It is necessary
- - 350 g lamb tenderloin (cut off excess fat)
- - 2 tbsp. l. whiskey or dry sherry
- - 4 tbsp. l. soy sauce
- - 1 tbsp. l. rice or white wine vinegar
- - 2 tbsp. l. finely chopped ginger root
- - 1/2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- - 1 tbsp. l. dark or light cane sugar
- - 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- - 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- - 4 young onions, chopped
- - 8-12 lychees (peel and remove seeds)
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat diagonally into very thin slices and place in a bowl. Pour in the alcoholic beverage and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Stir well, cover and set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the remaining soy sauce with the vinegar, ginger, tomato paste, and sugar. Discard the lamb in a colander.
Step 3
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet, add peppers and onions and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the lamb and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
