It is necessary

  • Ingredients for 4 persons:
  • - 1 kg of pork ribs (4 equal parts);
  • - a jar of peaches in its own juice;
  • - 1 clove of garlic;
  • - a teaspoon of Harissa paste (can be replaced with adjika);
  • - a teaspoon of sesame oil;
  • - a teaspoon of soy sauce;
  • - pepper and salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Pork ribs, which are cooked in a sauce, should always be marinated in advance so that they absorb the maximum taste and aroma. Therefore, we start by making the marinade.

Step 2

Grind peaches with juice in a blender along with garlic, soy sauce, Harissa, sesame oil. Pour some of the sauce into a mold, lay out the ribs and pour over the remaining sauce. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for at least 2-3 hours (ideally overnight).

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 175C. Remove the ribs from the sauce and wrap them in foil. We bake for 45 minutes. We increase the temperature to 250C, carefully unfold the ribs and return them to the mold with the sauce. We bake the dish for 20-25 minutes, periodically pouring sauce over the ribs to get a delicious crust.
