Try sweet and sour pork with pineapple. In terms of the preparation procedure, the dish resembles a simple goulash, but we added pineapple and sauce, and we got a completely new and interesting dish for lunch.
It is necessary
- - 700 g of meat;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 200 g of canned pineapples;
- - 1 bell pepper;
- - 100 ml. soy sauce;
- - 100 ml. tomato juice;
- - 1, 5 Art. tablespoons of flour;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of 9% vinegar;
- - vegetable oil;
- - black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the meat. Wash, drain and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Cooking marinade for meat. Mix starch with flour, add soy sauce. Place the chopped meat in a bowl with marinade, leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into strips. Grate carrots for Korean carrots. Fry carrots, bell peppers in vegetable oil, add diced pineapples after five minutes.
Step 4
Fry lightly marinated meat separately until crusty.
Step 5
Cooking sweet and sour sauce. Combine tomato juice, vinegar, sugar, mix everything.
Step 6
Place all ingredients in a roasting pan, pour over sweet and sour sauce. Put on fire and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Serve the finished dish hot with potatoes or pasta.
