  • - 150 g flour;
  • - 1 tsp ground ginger;

  • - 80 g of honey;
  • - 1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger;
  • - 1 tsp soda.
  • To prepare the filling, take:
  • - 5-6 pears;
  • - 2 tbsp. butter;
  • - 2 tbsp. Sahara;
  • - 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice;
  • - 6 tbsp. cognac, you can also brandy.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to peel off the skin from the pears, then cut the core with the seeds. Cut the prepared pear into small pieces and pour over each piece with a few drops of lemon juice.

Step 2

1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp. butter must be put in a frying pan and dissolved, stirring, over low heat. Next, the prepared pears need to be fried until they are browned, from all sides.

Step 3

Remove the fried pears from the pan and put on a plate. Then pour cognac or brandy and some of the unused sugar into the same frying pan. Cook this mass until it looks like syrup in its consistency.

Step 4

Grease a mold, the diameter of which is 24-26 cm, and pour the resulting syrup into it. Next, put the pears in it in one layer.

Step 5

In order to make the dough, you need to beat the sugar and butter thoroughly. Eggs should be added to the prepared mass one at a time, while not stopping to beat. Add fresh ginger and honey there and mix everything. Mix flour with spices and soda and gradually add to this mass. Mix everything, make the dough thick.

Step 6

Pour the prepared dough over the pears that are in the mold. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the pie pan in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
