  • Ricotta cheese - 300 g;
  • Wheat flour - 1 tbsp.;
  • Eggs - 3 pieces;
  • Olive oil - 1/3 tbsp.;
  • Sugar - 3/4 tbsp.;
  • Zest of 1 lemon;
  • A pinch of salt;
  • 1 bag of baking powder;
  • 2 large sweet pears;
  • Optionally - some sugar to caramelize the cake.

Instructions

Step 1

Sift flour with baking powder into a large bowl, add zest there. Rub Ricotta through a sieve. Beat eggs with butter, salt, sugar.

Step 2

Peel the pears (although if their skin is thin and tender, this item can be omitted) and cut into small cubes.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Step 3

Combine flour, eggs and ricotta. Send the dough to the mold. Gently press the pear pieces into the dough and place in the oven for an hour. We check the readiness with a toothpick as standard.
