Lovers of sweet pastries and fruits can treat themselves to an incredibly delicious and delicate pie with apples and pears. Simple ingredients and minimal cooking time will make this cake recipe one of your favorites and favorites.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for 4 persons:
- - 1 apple and 2 pears;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 80 ml of milk;
- - 80 gr. Sahara;
- - 80 gr. flour;
- - 8 gr. baking powder (1 sachet);
- - 40 gr. butter;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - icing sugar;
- - a few fresh berries for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C. Beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt. Slowly pour in milk and melted butter, continuing to beat the mass. Pour in the sifted flour with baking powder and knead the dough.
Step 2
Grease a detachable form with a diameter of 20 cm with oil and lightly sprinkle with flour. We spread the apples, peeled and cut into thin plastics, spread half of the dough on top, spread the pear pieces and cover them with the rest of the dough.
Step 3
We bake the cake for 30-35 minutes, so that it is browned. We take it out of the oven, cool it a little and open the form.
Step 4
As a decoration, we use icing sugar (optional) and any fresh berries, for example, raspberries.
