Cooking the dough

- 250 g flour;

- 6 sweet apples;

- 6 tbsp. sour cream;

- 3 yolks;

- 3 tbsp. Sahara;

- 1 pinch of salt;

- 2 pinches of cinnamon;

- zest of 1 lemon;

Peel the apples and cut the center with seeds, cut into thick slices. Grease the mold and place the rolled dough in it, removing the excess. Pierce the dough evenly. Place the apple slices in the shape of a rose on top. Stir the yolks, sugar, cinnamon, salt, zest and sour cream, whisk, pour over the cake. Bake 35 minutes at 200 degrees. At 30 minutes of baking, place four small pieces of butter on top of the apples and lightly sprinkle with sugar to create a light icing.

English apple pie

- 750 g of apples;

- 1 lemon;

- 1 tsp cinnamon;

- 3 tbsp. Sahara;

- 1 tbsp. starch.

Peel the apples, cut into small pieces. Wash the lemon with warm water and dry. Cut off the zest and squeeze out the juice. Add juice and zest to apples. Send cinnamon, sugar and starch there. Divide the dough into small and large portions. The one that is larger, roll out and put in the form, prick with a fork. Lubricate the edges with cold water. Lay out the filling, make a lid from the second part of the dough with a hole in the middle, connect the edges, decorate the cake with the rest of the dough. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. You need to remove it from the oven when the dough acquires a golden color.
